IHis story

An engineer, a husband, a father — deeply loved.

Bruce Underkoffler
In loving memory of Bruce Underkoffler

Bruce's glioblastoma diagnosis changed his family's life and led them to the extraordinary care of the Mischer Neuroscience and Memorial Hermann teams in The Woodlands. That experience inspired the fund his family established in his honor.

A graduate of Lehigh University with highest honors in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Bruce was inducted into Tau Beta Pi and Alpha Pi Mu. He built a distinguished career with Mobil and ExxonMobil — where he met his wife, Susanne — before retiring in April 2020.
